Shipping within NZ is included in our pricing, unless you live in a Rural area. Check your address using our online rural checker to determine whether you need to pay the $5 Rural delivery fee. Or, once you get to the checkout and enter your postcode, it will tell you whether the $5 shipping fee is required. Otherwise, the price you see online is the price you pay…yay!

Returns

We want your shopping experience with us to be stress free. If you have any concerns once your order arrives, please contact us within 7 days. If there is an issue, we may be able to rectify it. There will be no returns or refunds on used products. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.

Delivery 

If you live in the South Island, shipping is estimated to be 1-2 business days.

If you live in the North Island, shipping is estimated to be 2-3 business days.

If you do place an order with us, keep an eye on your email inbox and possibly your junk email. We will send you your tracking info once your order has been processed.

How to care for your mat

Place your mat on a sheltered doorstep, out of direct sunlight and rain. This will help preserve the natural coir fibres and the longevity of its print as it may fade over time. It is normal for your mat to shed a few fibres, just give your mat a shake when you think it needs it.
